Three-year hardware coverage, with Red Diamond claim assistance

For eligible Griffin-supplied computers, Red Diamond coordinates claims for covered hardware defects and malfunctions. Contact Red Diamond with your order number, service tag, and a description of the issue.

Replacement and turnaround: Approved full-unit replacements ship by ground within one business day after Griffin approves the claim. Claim review and shipping transit add time. Return the faulty unit within 30 days using the supplied prepaid label. Some claims, including battery-related claims, may be resolved with a replacement part.

Coverage dates: Your three-year hardware warranty begins on your date of purchase. Red Diamond handles your warranty claim and coordinates the process; Griffin IT is the warranty servicer.

Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, and damage outside normal use are excluded. Additional charges may apply if the faulty unit is not returned on time.
